the room was dirty and full of insects, they don t clean the swimming pool since ages
breakfast service really two slow, 30-40 minutes every morning to get a pair of eggs
the continental breakfast is very much disappointing and poor
we used the laundry service and that was excellent too
the breakfast they give you is miserable and when they hand you the menu is ridicules expensive ,

it was noisy kids running up and down the corridors all night
with 2 little kids that was such a terrible experience
was not provided in rooms,and room service was only available when restaurant was open

needed was done in a moment, room was nice and really clean, pool after hot day was refreshing, bar and restaurant
with towels, mosquito repellent and caps for our excursion the next day to organising an earlier breakfast one

is kiddie day and the pool is packed with screaming kids

there was a noisy family with kids who didn t seem to have inside voices, and the parents were very lax about

were so friendly and helpful, lovely pool area and breakfast buffet was great (139 pesos, 75 for kids)

i asked at the reception twice but the young kids manning the reception just loughed and said that

we had a family room, the kids loved having a bed on the mezzanine level
location near city center, great wifi, nice neighbourhood, rooms were spacious and very clean , great breakfast

but that was ignored by a family who decided to stay and play until 10 pm and then let their kids run around
kids running up and down the hallways late at night, guests blasting music before 7am and then
my son loved the pool

it is a simple hotel, with a nice, warm, tiny and clean swimming pool, the rooms are basic with decent beds

station and traffic light, lot of noise all day and night from the street not suitable for small kids since
hotel with a pool the kids really enjoyed
to use the pool facilities as there was a ( very noisy) kids' birthday party going on
on the weekend people allowed their kids to roam the hallway and make noise late a night
limited tv channels. channels with movies, sports, and kids programs, but no news.

wifi connection was not really stable but this is not really a disadvantage.

wifi was not idealy working in the room, but fast at the pool and lobby area.
the parking was free and secure
the staff was wonderful and our room overlooking the pool was perfection
friendly and easygoing staff, beautiful pool and lounge, good wifi, room was big and a huge bathroom
the location was also perfect: like 5 minutes from the city center with free parking (1-2 minutes walking)

was very cold almost all shade toilets did not work for 3/5 days adult only place with kids
