we would have asked to switch rooms but didn t realize mattress was so bad until after the kids had fallen
my kids were able to sleep on the pull -out bed in the living room with no problem

very noisy with trains. college kids partying till 2 am down the hall.
did, for family weekend, they quadrupled the prices knowing families will pay to come see their kids off to
complementary shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up in the rain because he couldn t find us.

the place is very clean and they have pool ,parking garage so thats a plus

the drink machine was not working on the 5th floor and the bar was suppose to close at 1 but closed at 12:45
room service breakfast food was awful
gym - the tvs on the treadmills do not work properly specifically the channels and the volume

i had forgotten to wrap the kids books
my kids were very disappointed the pool was closed until memorial day despite being in the upper 80s
kids loved the pool i loved comfy beds and the continental breakfast had great choices
that was disappointing for the kids, but also not the fault of the hotel
leaving no alternative for the kids to have anything to drink

kids in the room above my running around until midnight
not sure if it was kids or what but they was so loud and annoying
