were all so appreciated the grounds were an added bonus - this is such a special place for kids and dogs as well
surroundings, comfortable rooms, the staff was excellent, the fairy trail was a great idea for kids
were beautiful and the fairy walk through the rhodiedendrons was really imaginative and fun for kids and adults
breakfast was exceptional with varied choices which would suit all tastes

my kids did not want to leave the hotel because the dinner was so delicious there
stayed at bunchrew house 17 years ago during our honeymoon, and were thrilled to return with our kids
would be nice to have some low key food options for room service available

very small very dirty, there were kids off the steeet running all over the hotel knocking on doors and just
breakfast was great with brunch being offered on the 1st, great treasure hunt for the kids and pizza making
hotel seemed to be run by kids. stood at bar talking about customers that had complaints.
very overpriced deceptive pricing staffed by kids terrible food noisy location

needs updated breakfast was awful school kids in dining room not a clue wot they doing cleaning after people
perfect trip for my kids grandparents 5* for everything from room to staff
they don't serve kids meals in the restaurant or bar

super friendly and accommodating to my kids
had a lovely afternoon as there is a fantastic kids playground opposite the hotel
not good if you have young kids to change
chicken nuggets on menu, kids gutted but asked and the chef was able to give us chicken goujongs so all fab
staff were amazing and so great with the kids. pool was fantastic and not too busy.
