not very sound proof and was able to hear people running down the hall or the kids screaming in the room next
the blanket had holes due to burnt marks of others smoking
of parking, comfortable beds, *huge* closet, short 6 minutes from the convention i was attending
however i was put in a smoking room and the parking lot was 80 percent empty at my arrival
bathroom sink didn't drain. noise from the parking lot woke me up repeatedly.

roudiness of the guests next to me and the kids sprinting up and down the hall late into the night
sink was clogged in bathroom. gym is not very well appointed.
furthermore, it snowed quite a bit the day before we departed, but the parking lot had not been shoveled out
parking a bit spread out. no breakfast.

hotel rooms are big with kitchen amenities. pool great for kids.
