we had an evening meal which was very nice (good kids menu aswell) and the breakfast was excellent, plenty of

wifi, very weak and reception in general very poor.

from the conservatory and front of the hotel great for walkers the staff from reception to room service were

the rooms were large, clean, nice bathrooms and had parking right outside

the room was lovely, warm and comfortable and parking right outside the room

as a family with kids, we wanted a castle stay on our trip and this one was just awesome

the gym and spa is very small and does not have a good selection of work out equipment.

and nothing was any trouble for him was always happy to help us and very friendly with the kids

room, staff very friendly, extra effort made for kids (own breakfast things and welcome activity

the kids were over the moon with everything which is all a parent can ask for

building was fantastic the staff so nice the only problem was swimming pool was very busy but my kids loved it

gym, swimming pool and sauna was fantastic with the kids and the room was very spacious and comfortable
