pool was closed, which was why we chose this hotel, but other than that exceeded our expectations

had available parking during arrival, elevator access, had options to look up youtube, netflix, and amazon prime

bugs in the room and vermen in the kitchen...horrible

explains why bar is not being used as most hotel bars

there was no restaurant or bar as advertised. there was a starbucks and beer and wine.

the day spa was very relaxing with amazing massage therapists

hotel was so charming and we loved the breakfast the following morning

the breakfast were outstanding each morning

the rooms and breakfast were excellent!!

the warm and friendly check-in experience to the newly renovated accommodations to the stellar breakfast and

limited activities to do with young kids. no balconies.

booking with the resort, amenities such as the indoor pool were promoted as our kids were joining us, only for

kids felt welcome and taken care of the second they stepped through the entrance and smelled the

kids in the hot tub

fitness room could stay open later for people who want to work out after the kids go to bed
