lots of activities for the kids throughout the day

it was like talking to my kids

the restaurant at night had great food but catered more to adults than kids. and i have 2kids.

our grandkids loved it

need updating need wing for adults trying to relax with no kids noisey with kids running

the kids were hoping the pool was open, but we understand why it wasn t

room was not very clean at all when my kids pulled back the covers to get into bed the sheets had huge yellow

young families there with kids to swim and hotel would not let them cancel

rating was the pool and hot tub, the colour of the water was problematic, i wouldn't even let my kids in the

enjoyed the hot springs pool, steam bath, the long massage and the walk in the woods and visit at the galleria

more choices on the room service breakfast menu.

the food was excellent, the grounds are very nice and the pool/spa was amazing

spa was next to the hotel very convenient, the food was excellent, and the staff were really nice

no railing to get in to indoor pool
