we had plenty of spiders in the room itself and the bathroom, my kids were really scared of them and i needed
for breakfast you fill in a slip the evening before, my kids loved having so much choice and absolutely loved
room (which had a bathroom adjusted for disabled people) backed on to the beer garden with kids play ground and
great size car park for my land rover and trailer. warm and welcoming
free parking, the room, and an ideal location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go.

the facilities are great and kids activities are wonderful
4 kids in the jacuzzi meant we could not use it at 4pm and had to go in later
on arrival, a beautifully presented welcome pack with kids games, guided walks and treats was left in the room
were excellent and great for kids

facilities, the staff were so lovely and welcoming to our kids (we were a party of 6 adults and 8 kids
there are kids hours but kids don't feel welcome in the pool area at all
the spa was brilliant too, we had a lovely time using the pools (kids and adults) indoors and outdoors
17 or so for a kids lunchtime fish finger meal, which was served with a grand total of five chips
great food although choice fairly limited especially for kids
