facilities- the offered laundry service is too slow for overnight stops and very
wifi poor

room was spacious, bed comfortable, and room service prompt and good quality
the gym was well appointed with exercise mats, an elliptical, treadmill & bicycle
i also had the lunch menu from the bar and it was delicious
the front desk dining recommendation was excellent! the bar staff was superb.

had to pay extra to access pool for my kids and only for 60 min

tv in the kids room never worked but we honestly didn t even need it

praia de samil which is a close drive from the hotel is an amazing beach with two kids salt water pools beside
a mini bar and a swimming pool would have added to our stay

is just a suggestion, i think the breakfast could have some more variety, but this is my point of view

they provided a lovely breakfast and dinner to suit our needs
