spa area is extremely small and pretty much a kids playground, i found a spider in the steam room &
touches such as ice creams round the pool, breakfast and kids breakfast extras
was a lot extra per person, my kids would only have a bowl of cereal which was not worth the money
thank god i didnt have the kids with me
they had welcome gifts for the kids

was very cold and the floor around it was quite dirty to the point that i felt uneasy letting the kids use it
s the pool temperature is cool, but get swimming and you will soon warm up - couldn't get the kids out)
we also enjoyed the pool a couple of times during our stay

i think it may depend on who is working since one person seems to be in charge of the hotel and kitchen at a

the cafe con leche was freshly made and hot; the kids enjoyed their hot chocolates
pity the rooms from didn t have connecting doors as we had 3 kids and were spread over two rooms

only a tip for people with young kids. the swimming pool is deep all around
the pool and garden - the main reason for choosing the hotel when travelling with 4 kids - was not nice at all
had to request wifi code on second day but no issue in getting it.

the parking is located downhill versus the entrance to the hotel, so if you travel by car with kids and luggage

rooms were very clean and spacious which is really good when travelling with kids

the pool and the seating area were dominated by a couple of families with their kids spreading out and taking

i forgot to mention that the hotel was very clean and especially we had small kids i was worried at the beginning

could be a little better not a hotel to be with kids especially if the pool is extremely cold and tv channels
pool was a lot of fun for the kids
we could hear the kids in the next unit pattering up and down the stairs and shrieking
basketball court entertained the kids and there's also an outdoor swimming pool
we couldn't have a free roll-away bed for 1 of our kids
