transportation - we requested a hotel shuttle that took us to the airport - me, my wife, and two kids

shower not down and up problem when have kids to take shower nothing on bottom need improved that soon please
could use lounge chairs around the pool

i got to the hotel they ask for my wife and childs ids and we didn't had 1 for my kids so i had to wrote a letter

we had a full kitchen but no way to use it as there where no dishes and limited pots

triple rooms were a true blessing for a family with 3 kids
