the pool is a bit small and because of it felt crowded with just a few people

is no elevator from the parking to the main lobby so once must leave their belongings at the lobby

we were in the rewards part of the 17th floor but all around were screaming kids
pool area is a little bare and there is no hot tub but still good for kids if you have them
liked the rooms and their cleanliness, as well as the room service, the food and the hamburgers are very tasty
i like the size of bedrooms and the warm pool.
i picked the hotel because the location had a pool for swimming and the pool was not clean and had a bad smell

room service food is really bad, very noisy event venue near the hotel: loud music made it hard to
service, location, cleanliness, coffee and tea bar on every floor, great restaurant and excellent value for
air conditioning a bit loud but manageable. wifi a bit weak in room.
5 minutes walk away to expo, a cafe and restaurant inside, very friendly staff, clean, good wifi
