one evening some kids shouted offensive words to us and in general these streets were pretty freaky to
really helpful and kind, they helped me as much they could, and the hotel is really nice and the breakfast was
the pool is always freezing and they need a heater since the shower is also very cold
breakfast starts too late eventhough kitchen staff is usually early at the hotel, tourists take

triple bed room for our kids had significant issues with ants
kids screaming all night, no fridge in the unit and i paid $135 a night
a huge cloud moving in the whole hotel) which made us cough while we were at the pool with the kids

the pool is extremely shallow, it s basically a kids pool
asked for pillows and stuff, also breakfast, i went with my family and they made me pay for my kids even when
the pool is for young children, my kids did not like it because it was not deep enough, it's 3 feet all way
there was no laundry service during the days i was there.
we chose to eat in the bar and marlon was a terrific waiter
