i ordered room service and it came from across the street every day and it was always hot
there was no coffee or breakfast unless you ordered room service
just a plain room service
little disappointed, online photos included spa, restaurant and bar photos, but that was not true
ale house brew pub attached was seedy and run-down with cheap bar food

pool , biggest hotel gym ever, racquetball courts, childcare/play area) i would love to have my kids stay here
our kids and their kids stayed as well; they loved the pool
window on the 3rd floor doesn't lock or have a screen, which is terribly unsafe for kids
garbage trucks running at 6am, druggies all around outside near the hotel made walking with my kids uncomfortable
kids can't swim unless a lifeguard is present

very clean, great location, great for families with kids, and very quiet.
few people with families did not care about their kids in pool / spa area and let them ruin everyone else's
breakfast, the pool and the giant connect 4 for the kids.

noise level from some kind of tournament going on in the area the kids were loud.
