pool and beach were great for kids

location and welcoming reception staff, but it was just not that suitable for a family with small kids

i also didn t see, or more importantly hear any kids, which is important for me when i want to relax

the breakfast was lovely, much more on offer than we expected

the breakfast buffet was good but the topping up of bread, pastries, bacon, hash browns and cold ham

had a much needed beer in the bar with some of the other stranded ferry passengers

room service, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts

travelling with 2 kids (boys aged 11 and 9 years) we ate in the bar area not the restaurant, limited choice

bubbles in the spa did not function at when opening at 0800.

the spa was more specifically a nice pool with potential add ons

having to pay for overnight parking

spa area and pool good ambience and had a really good back massage with charlotte who spoke english
