late at night the receptionist offered to change my room but it was difficult to move sleeping kids with all of
they shouldn't sell that as a 4-person room but 3, even with kids
stayed at gold cottages which was right by indoor pool and tennis courts which was what we wanted

hotel, not the modern -door hard to open kept getting stuck -too many kids in pool needs to be a adult
navigating the stroller and two small kids up and down stairs every time we wanted to come and go from the room

blocking nice view, no umbrella on hot patio when neighboring rooms had one, many loud people/kids in pool all
in the breakfast room was not too friendly, even i bring 2 kids, was not kind enough

wish this location had a hot tub in ther pool area.
wifi didn't work
the wifi signal was poor
dirty laundry room, sketchy vibe at night & people
the room was clean and comfortable. there is a swimming pool and have clean bathrooms.

kids loved the pool and hot tub
as we checked-in late (after 11pm) with 3 kids age 12 and under, esp after 6 hours flight, remind above requests
the room service food arrived barely warm and was not very good :/
have been more explicit about having food by the pool
hispanic lady at bar for breakfast time was rude

turn the screen on, maybe you can, but there wasn't much info in the room, like no book with pool hours, wi-fi
spa area was not very clean
phone not working, steam bath in spa not working, room service wrong, shower not working properly
wonderful spa facilities and service kids always receive a gift and are made to feel special ...

it was fun watching families with kids use the pool
good food, pool is small and packed with kids
breakfast was ok, but pricey (17$ per person) kids under 6 are free
my kids felt confortable, and that's everything for us
