guest, there were cockroaches, keys stopped working 3 times, we ordered mozzarella sticks for the kids with room

tried to take the kids swimming but it was crowded and loud and uncomfortable
the pool is used by lot of kids from outside of the hotel. noisy and dirty water

the balcony are not kids friendly. room with balcony is preferable for kids 13 and above.
