we had was with rude guests hanging out talking loud in the hallways and letting their young kids run up and

a bunch of kids in the other room could hear them the room wasn t fully soundproof but i think is was
pools and pickle ball court we're great for entertaining the kids
the pools were great and my kids had so much fun
kept our kids up most of night with loud music and yelling
kids running in the hall kept us up past midnight and then at 7 am or earlier construction workers

if my kids were with me i would have been very upset
kids went into frigid water
buffet was on the expensive side, but kids 5 and under ate for free so it worked out for
room service never answered the phone.
look forward to being back in horse country and trying the new restaurant and bourbon bar when it's complete
