was so overwhelming with chlorine it gave my kids breathing issues immediately and burned the cheeks of one my
went to dinner and movies pulled into the parking area, there were young kids running
kids running up and down the hallway knocking on doors
were kids running back and forward up hall
room next to us- the kids were up past midnight jumping and running in their room- very inconsiderate

sir/madam, we are a family of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids ages 3-10) who recently stayed at days inn detroit metropolitan
takes a while for shuttle to pick up from airport (30-45 minutes)
shuttle service, available bar and restaurant, and the fact that the front desk sold beverages
truck damaged by valet parking service contracted by the hotel
i also loved the bar at the property

they had bed bugs me and my kids woke up with bite marks
free shuttle will take one to a number and variety of dinning options as well as to one s airline
shuttle service driver was excellent
the shuttle bus was on-time

late checkout which really helped make our stay more enjoyable with some extra pool time for the kids
for a weekend get away with my family so the kids could swim and ended up staying 2 extra nights
very friendly staff, room and facilities are beautiful. the kids always enjoy the pool.
the hotels fault, but people staying at the hotel let their kids scream and yell outside in the parking lot
