a quick breakdown of my impressions: pros: plenty of swimming options: the resort has multiple pools, which was

lot of noise at night ( party in the pool area avery late, loud music, loud people :( ) gerardo in the front

the garden with the pool is amazing

at check in they asked for 900 pesos in cash for a deposit for the pool towels which was also super weird

all the staff was very nice and helpful the swimming pool is very nice too

the room is ok, you have tv with cable, it looks kind of recent. the pool looks very good.

they have a 24 hrs restaurant in site which is a plus especially with kids and arriving late to the hotel

needed rooms at least in the same floor because we were traveling with kids, we got rooms in different floors

the bar was open 24/7, which was a big plus, too

room service closed 3 minutes before we arrived in our room at 10:03

uncertain if this is standard, but with the exception of intermitant wifi, i was blessed

charged us 200 mxn (about 11 usd) for parking in a rather shady fashion

with memorable kindness and intelligence (pedro or luis was his name), and the manager of the kitchen, who

the only source of annoyance was that the wifi cut in and out frequently within the room.

there is a bar in the center on the first floor that plays loud music past midnight even on a sunday night

pool was freezing and hopeless for kids.

wifi was almost useless, pool was so dirty it could not be used, plumbing was not in the best shape

breakfast and meals was very good. wifi fast and available in all hotel places.

took out the coach that was there before, it would have help us since i have 3 young kids and one of them had

perfectly located inside the airport, arriving late at cdmx with kids it was perfect to spend the night for our

perfect for long layovers, specially if you have a pet.

we felt we could relax right away, and ordered room service as it was late

feels like it needs an update gym was ok but old equipment in a not very clean room
