free breakfast: there were 2 early groups finishing off everything, kids and coaches

i had my 2 kids and they where very sleepy needed a bed asap
they let us check-in early and check-out late with no charge. nice pool.

i called a few days before my arrival and i was told that the pool was open and when i got to the property, it

booking for swimming room is mandatory, i did booking but when i was there it was full of kids
gym wasn t available during my stay. rooms on the top level are pretty noisy.
on the 12th floor where i was, there is bar and very noise and loud music until late night
