although the bunk beds in the room were exciting for the kids, it was a bit dangerous for our 3 year old who

the castle also has a beautiful backyard for kids to run around and take

to hang clothes in the room and the tv channels were not set up, but the young lady behind the bar solved the

i had to cancel my stay since my wife and kids fell sick

were treated to the surround system until 11 finally got to sleep only to be awakened at 11:15 by kids and

struggled to find fault with the hotel itself, however i would say the room service menu was a tad limited

lovely bar area

beds quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids so we were glad we only stayed one night

the soundproofing is a bit poor. i can hear people laughing and kids running at 5 am.

and there is no place for families to sit and have a drink bar was too busy and we got told the kids couldn

with your luggage, to welcome notes, night time turn downs, heated towels,milk & cookies for the kids

there were nice touches offered daily - cookies and milk for kids, slippers and turn down service for adults,

great for kids

but at the balmoral they had equipped the room with kids dressing gowns, a secure step in the bathroom so the

unpleasant odour in room & minibar would be better placed at a kids party.

food options was limited for the kids but think restrictions due to covid and feels was nice

a plug socket hanging off the wall which electricians came to fix, we were given a drink in the bar as an apology

hotel clean staff helpful and friendly,breakfast first class location fab ,highly recommend

the wifi was not working
