furthermoe we were travelling with our kids, including a 5-month old baby, and the staff weren't prepared to

when i went to the lobby to ask for an extra blanket it took near 10 minutes and i could hear kids in the back

was a terrible vibration in our kids bedroom
times about whether or not we had more people staying with us in such a big space (2 adults/2 kids)
included would have been more convenient as the we were staying with kids especially given the weather conditions
clean and easily accommodated our entire family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids)
they wanted us to stay in the room anyway and took us complaining that with kids we needed a room with wifi

excellent hotel with nice and friendly service, great neighborhood, perfect for traveling with kids
we had kids in our next room, yelling, screaming, jumping during the evening, we reported to the hotel,
i'm travelling on business, i thought it would be nice to call home and show the gg bridge to my kids - it wasn

the pool and the indoor play area were a truly great addition to our stay with the kids
great location, kids friendly, clean, comfortable room.
hotel does not have the funky sf decor or games for the kids to play (shuffle board, etc) that i was looking
the rooms aren't huge, this hotel is a wonderful base to explore san francisco, especially with kids
great to have a bath in our room, allowed kids to enjoy the facility
