dresser was not bolted to wall dangerous for kids
2 bedroom suites are quite small and have only 1 bathroom, a tight fit for 2 adults and 4 kids
we had to haul all our food and our kids back to the hotel room in order to eat
with four kids traditional hotels don't work for our family anymore so i was thrilled to get an apartment
they had games to check out and they gave each of my kids a toy

and the kids were frustrated at not being able to use it
like that the hotel has a lot of restaurants around and our kids loved the pool
next to freaking high school kids they were up until like midnight and i was trying to

breakfast was great. the bed was very comfortable, and the pool was great for the kids.
our main purpose was to stay in a hotel with an indoor pool so that our grandkids could swim
there were kids in the hot tub after 10pm. at least the parents were nice though
the little kids (between ages 13-14) were screaming and singing at 12:00 am
my kids loved the pancake machine

rooms are nice and big, spa is wonderful, pool and hot tubs are great, restaurant is good too
breakfast provided, but room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen area was very helpful
finally agreed to process everything on our card, charged for room service but still did not process the refund
it was nice to have a kitchen and lots of room in the bathroom

we are a family with teenaged kids the music didn t bother them but for me after skiing all day i like to
have a rooftop pool bar that blasts music from 2-6p along with pendry s party on the plaza that also

bedroom was very spacious for me, my wife, my adult sister and my three kids
the room was very large with 2 fireplaces, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen

good food, but expensive cheeseburgers and chicken fingers for kids
think the hotel needs to offer a shuttle service to all the ski resorts close to the hotel plus more pick up
we were able to order room service, though only option is from ruth's chris steakhouse in the hotel
to park city mountain and we were able to use the hotel's shuttle and pool
the pool is heated so swimming at night was enjoyable

the pool and we weren't it was further up from the pool , im glad because people allow their kids to do what

the views from the pool are killer and the whole experience was wonderful
however, i found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at steins lodge very inconvenient
facilities were fabulous inclusive of the pool and work out facility

the reservations specialist did not inform me that right now we would have to take a 10 minute shuttle to another
hotel is ski in, ski out the rooms are very comfortable, the only thing is the kitchen did not clean the fruit
rooms, quiet peaceful location away from other hotels, shuttle hourly to park city
sushi restaurant is a hallway with shoji screens on the end and curtains between it and the bar area

hallen, champions sports bar was disappointing; felt like it was really just there to satisfy kids
