the staff were very friendly, the hotel was ideal for us as an older couple (kids now old enough to leave)
at the property we were disappointed with the overall appearance, in particular the driveway and parking
lovely gardens and very pet friendly

since we were with young kids, we needed extra attention and care which we willingly got
fantastic breakfast, great for the kids too
with kids [4 & 8 yr old] and they were amazed by the christmas extra touch by providing santa gifts
of room, i was on 3rd floor, the ceiling was so low that the room and bathroom can be good for kids not toller
the bottle bank at 0945 (just got kids to sleep) and again at about midnight
