not a good hotel for women or kids

the staff is always so nice! a property where i feel safe with my kids.

cleanliness of room; view of downtown buildings; access to fitness center across the street

need to have a walk in spa for everyone, saunas, steames, hottubs and spaces where you can go out of the sauna

in-hotel spa was amazing

a lot of younger kids running in and out of the building

modern chic with a historic twist! mature, no kids, very quiet rooms perfect get away

no room service after 11, no restaurant

no room service or restaurant service after 8pm made it impossible to get a snack after the baseball

very fun place to stay with observation deck, speak easy with views, and great lobby bar space

the price, staff, room service. food was very good and delivered on time.

breakfast was a great deal for only $5 more per person at booking

the coffee (best hotel coffee ever) loved that restaurant and bar open late

dinner at the star bar was outstanding great atmosphere, great food, and such friendly service

we brought along our dog, and it would have been nice to have pet relief station closer.

swimming for the kids and nice rooms.

pool was cold and had no hot tub. on the small side. it served its purpose.

really enjoyed the bar and lounge area and the historical exhibits about the depot on the walls

room service was overpriced take out with cardboard boxes and plastic utensils

a large group with kids was also staying at the same time; they had all been allocated rooms on a separate

hotel full of partying kids that were loud well into the night.

would have been nice to know when reserving it as part of the fun of the trip for the kids is swimming

we couldn t use the pool because of all the kids in there and they were running around everywhere without

a little off of a main road in an industrial area, so i took a very short detour or 2 into other parking lots

it was in a great spot for our event, the grand kids like the pool and size of the room

staff allowed 10-20 unsupervised kids to run through the hotel playing tag on the elevators and knocking on

close to everything and well appointed. lobby bar was convenient.

very small pool, no hot tub, no free breakfast and parking expensive $22/day.

i wish i had known the swimming pool would be closed.

would have preferred for hot tub to be outside, there were lots of loud kids in the pool area which prevented

kids baseball teams everywhere

rooms were great, very upscale, pool stays open late! loved everything about it

best room service breakfast i've ever had

there was plenty of parking for us who travelled from out of state
