the lobby was full of non masked kids and adults with food everywhere like an indoor picnic

the hotel had lots of kids for a sporting event.... they were loud and up late at night
breakfast was fine and the kids' menu was perfectly suited for young kids (4&6) as well as older

there were kids toys everywhere in the room which showed me room wasn't cleaned properly
the kids didn't like that the pool was closed but i didn't mind to much.
this really disappointed our kids
felt safe staying with kids during covid. staff kept room and common areas clean.

2 rooms that was supposed to be joined cause we where traveling with kids but rooms where across the hall from
great pool and hot tub, super comfy beds
enjoyed the stay except for noise at night from pool.
