indoor pool you see pictured on their website is the spa pool and not the indoor pool where kids can swim
many kids running around
kids loved the ice cream they offered in the store
no activities for kids
were way more families and kids, than i expected for a resort & spa

loved that the adventure center with mountain biking, zip lines, a kids adventure park, and an obstacle course
a lot what to do with kids
grounds offered hiking trails with creek nearby, lots for the kids to do with zip line and tree obstacle course
she had a blast on the kids zip lines
also very loud with kids playing from open to close

i showed up they told me i had only registered as an individual and charged me $--- each for my 2 kids
they also had young kids running back and forth and yelling
nice bar at the back of the hotel
to change rooms . mainly , add self parking option and , ev charger somewhere .
no wifi and no heat. was moved to another room with heat but the room was dirty.

if you plan to use the pull out couch (like we did for our kids), reconsider
facilities were clean, and my kids loved the pool
loved that egg whites were offered, kids loved pool and basketball court

was disappointed that we couldn t get an appointment for spa treatment, nor could we do a wine tasting
we were lucky, it was raining a lot and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves

a good selection of food and drinks - while we were there we saw a lot of families with little kids
massage at posiedon spa was amazing
great location very close to biltmore house good bar scene excellent restaurant cosy atmosphere
this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building

the pool is small but nice especially for kids
were super comfortable and nice room behind hotel there is a small trail and pool had toys for kids to play with
:) fortunately i had no kids with me as i walked through the giant smelly cloud of second hand pot smoke
loud kids running the halls and the parents taking no control.
the staff is wonderful, its pet friendly, the pool with toys for the kids is great!!!

gave me that home feel as soon as i walked in, plenty of room for my husband, myself and our two kids
room to park trailers
wifi was weak in our room, but not a big deal.
