wouldnt go as a couple as i didn't think it was a 4 star hotel more like a 3 and too noisy with kids running
the grounds were nice and the pool for the kids was great.
stained food was poor quality spa felt like a kids leisure centre asked for an ice bucket as there was no fridge

breakfast was outstanding
parking was a little tight as you entered but that was about it
it has a small kitchen downstairs, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and a little desk under the stairs
great early check in, and late check out 11oclock. didn't have to rush.

very small room, terrible view and terrible bed. my kids room was much better
kids toys on staircase and playing on the stairs
for lads weekends away but nor sure about a romantic weekend away with the missus or a family/kids
noisy kids running about on 2nd night outside the rooms

then we went to plaza to book and they refused and o have to explain th them that i have 3 young kids and we
pool was full of fun, kids and silliness which is fine but i wanted to swim so paid for a hotel facility that
the swimming pool was excellent very big and clean the kids loved it.

and although i don t normally eat in hotels i really enjoyed our evening meal and so did our kids
the room was decorated to a high standard, dinner wasn t available during our visit due to the kitchen being
room was above kitchen washing-up area so pretty noisy until kitchen shut down at 9

staff, mainly kids with no real interest showing very little attention
the saturday morning kids swimming club made use of pool very awkward outside of building needs attention and
during the bank holiday weekend - i was actually surprised i got a hotel travelling with 3 kids -- free breakfast
