the facilities are great and kids activities are wonderful
4 kids in the jacuzzi meant we could not use it at 4pm and had to go in later
were excellent and great for kids
didn't we would pay an extra 25 for a extra kids bed in room
on arrival, a beautifully presented welcome pack with kids games, guided walks and treats was left in the room

for breakfast you fill in a slip the evening before, my kids loved having so much choice and absolutely loved
room (which had a bathroom adjusted for disabled people) backed on to the beer garden with kids play ground and
we had plenty of spiders in the room itself and the bathroom, my kids were really scared of them and i needed
comfy stay and excellent breakfast.
rooms are a good size and are clean, the wifi works well in all areas

the bar was a lovely cosy area
of us stayed and all had something different for breakfast which we all enjoyed very much
too cold, breakfast served on a stone cold plate, problem getting anyone to answer the phone for room service,
parking was easy

it is such a key feature of the kids activities that i felt we should have been told before so that we could
sharkies pool is probably one of the best kids pool we ve been to, all very thought through
