they surprised our kids with coloring pages at breakfast and gave them free candy
kids loved using the pool and it was a great stop off for an early morning flight out of chicago o
instead we had to transport kids and luggages to the nearby hyatt to park and ride to airport

you re traveling with kids the pool leaves a little to be desired
parking across the street and having to carry bags and kids
was good the only bad thing is the next door had kids crying and crying i left in the middle of the night to

lots of space and the kitchenette was great, especially in the morning with 3 kids
at times, the pool was too busy and several times there were kids there without adult supervision
specially the coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the kids at the lobby been offer 24hrs
the pool was perfect feet wise for my kids
the cleanliness and the staff was excellent. the kids loved the pool!

noisy guests in the bar area. wrecked the calm and relaxing atmosphere
we had n/a drinks one night in the hotel bar where they had a live jazz-style band playing
bar and restaurant with great service and offerings
the room was comfortable, we had room service both mornings and the food was quite good and arrived quickly
we enjoyed the live jazz by the bar in the evenings as well

there are kids everywhere
was very friendly and i loved while i was taking a pilate class or massage, our kids and hubby could also spend
expenisve and loud alot of kids running around
work out ,visit the spa or just hang out in the pool having your favorite cocktails

booked a room for 1 adult and 2 kids and we had the smallest room from the hotel and only 1 bed in the room
in the end i disabled the toilet myself so the kids could sleep and just had them come to my room to use our
embarrassing me in front of my kids and her ppl, giving me a hard time checking in to my hotel room, lying to
hotel is not ready for babies/kids and no structure available (when they say that hotel is kids welcome)

hotel pool is closed and not clearly advertised as such which is a bummer when you bring the kids to enjoy spring

it was as big as my kids bedroom, but the view and the area were worth the cost
