our kids slept really well here
the dog also swam in the pool which made it a little uncomfortable for my kids to swim
pool was fun and available until later than what it said in gate that was awesome for the kids
elevators were slow due to kids pushing buttons, etc

level/executive - i prefer not having kids/babies at the concierge room
but someone had set the alarm to 445-5am so we were all awakened and that led to grumpy cranky kids all day
tvs should be upgraded a bit. it's 2021 my kids where looking for netflix
the staff was friendly, valet service was quick and the pool was perfect for the kids!

excellent staff, very accommodating and food was delicious. great place for kids
next to the pool full of loud kids, only during thr day was silent at night which is
check in lady was so sweet and she remembered me and my kids coming through
did not love so many kids from traveling teams running all over the hotel.
the breakfast was great! well worth adding that to our hotel package. the kids loved the pool.

checked in with kids and it was late and they were screaming and yelling, running around

kids next door partying loud until 3 am
my kids loved it
then my kids left to go back to sea world and somebody was having a bowel movement near the front door,
the staff also gave the kids nice warm cookies and a bag of popcorn each

hotel really followed safe guidelines i felt comfortable having my kids with
kids missed having a pool, but the little game room/library area was nice for happy hour and
neighbors had their music blasting when we were trying to put the kids to bed and were told they were allowed
