they did whatever was in their hands to ensure me and my kids had what we needed
gym is very basic
purpose / comfortable / welcoming personnel / nice breakfast / good restaurant / nice swimming pool area for
the pool water was not warm and also looked like not so clean.
wifi connection was so poor, some times even google didn't open

parking lot to small and the shower sink was to far from the edge
close to the airport. free parking.
the receptionist was really rude and making faces and i was told i couldn't park on a handicap parking spot even

because of the mall with restaurants, the hotel restaurant and bar were empty
i did not feel that the parking slot were extremely safety, tough there is surveillance most of the time
is isolated, literally in the parking lot of a big shopping mall
gym although very small,swimming pool looks good.
i liked that they had a pool and an exercise room.

we only had breakfast at the hotel

although a small bar of soap was provided in the bathroom, i could not find any shampoo

located near the north exit from the city, easy to access, parking in premises and wonderful staff
the spa bath
rooms are dated and wifi was quite poor in the room

the gym was great, one of the larger gym spaces i've seen and all the equipment including free weights
decent hotel, clean room, very helpful staff. wifi is descent.
no laundry services inside facility.
laundry service took over 40hours to get back to me despite them stating it would be back by 9pm
pretty clean and modern. gym was very nice and well equipped.
