was perfect for us to stay the night with 2 young kids prior to our 7a flight departure the next morning

room service did not come and make the bed or get us clean linens. no pool

husband left his wallet in the bar and it was returned safely and courteously

24 hour airport shuttle, clean room, good pillows

the shuttle service for the airport runs 24 hours

it offered a buffet style breakfast which is a major bonus when traveling with kids

indoor swimming pool was tiny (for kids), hot tub wasn't bad, connected to the pool.

we arrived extremely early with three exhausted kids and the general manager support us with an early check in

she also gave my starving kids muffins

good to have the pool and hot tub for the kids, although they weren't high on atmosphere

very comfortable loved the room, and breakfast was delicious! our kids were very happy:)

wonderful breakfast, walked to supper (nice restaurants are close), room was great - loved the kitchen, bathroom

must have missed the first shuttle so we had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to the property but appreciated

the kids loved fresh cookies in the lobby in the afternoon

chose this property for the pool as we were traveling with kids

there was no mention of an extra charge for my pet, on the website

i thought the hotel was great. loved having a kitchenette. very convenient to restaurants.

free shuttle to area locations. great continental breakfast!

was told by one staff member that i could walk with my kids and bags 20 mins to the train station, oh btw at

broken lock on the door, kids playing in exercise room at 9 pm, broken fan in bath

that the did not include some breakfast.

felt misled on room service

we enjoyed the breakfast(s) very much, as well as a couple of dinners. the food was delicious!

then there was the whole thing of the kids pulling the fire alarm

(wouldn't fit in the parking garage) pool was getting repaired kids where very upset

this was a average room and the hotel needed some remolding cracks and kids drew on walls, not to mention the

leaking and instead if changing rooms or an upgrade they just fixed it, while trying to shower kids and eat and

alarm went off walked down all 12 flights of stairs with 2 kids at 10pm to find out it was a false alarm and no

the kids in it at the time looked very happy

kids on same floor were a little loud and woke me up, in which, i had a hard time falling back

stop letting homeless people in the lobby. you had kids around.

pool was closed most of our stay due to maintenance, which was a bummer, but the kids got a day at the pool
