not clear, ac was loud making it hard to sleep , things left in the room from previous occupant, kids did not
somehow, we managed it because my 2 kids didn't take a shower after
i booked this hotel specifically for the outside pool for my kids to enjoy
no tv at all the whole stay kids above us on third floor jumping all night couldn't sleep
pool view had no flowers or plants.

original room was suppose to have two televisions since kids wanted to play video game
indoor pool a little small but kids still enjoyed it!!
breakfast was great, there was just a lot of kids and the waits were way too long
ii did not eat waffles but love that even kids can learn and easily make with help of an adult

seeing as how we had kids like
i guess she had her kids
restaurant and bar was closed.. i chose courtyard mainly for the bistro. hotel was old
only decent place to eat that we found close was the deli that was across the parking lot
was very friendly, but they had to tend to doing laundry while watching the front desk

did not like that the bus shuttle did not start running until 6 am

good breakfast my kids enjoyed making their own waffles with fresh fruits
pool at the hotel was a hit for our kids, especially given the hot temperatures
pool area and the green space was wonderful for our kids to play
small but good pool for families with kids

and refunded my first night but it would have been nice to know before i unloaded my wife and kids and brought
the shuttle was shut down to charleston . the gym was crumby .

the spa is amazing - housekeeping attended to our extra needs and the bikes were a great way to get
the gym is gorgeous too

when we pulled out the sleeper sofa for our kids, we could not walk around the bed any longer because they
people loudly walk through and kids yell and things
features aren t safe for kids such as the microwave position is low and so is the air condition
