on the first floor, 15 minutes into the room our large window was shattered, they claimed unknown kids were

i didn t know if we had to ask for room service but it was ok
there were people just hanging out in the parking lot at night

the hotel and room was clean, the bed is comfy, and it was quiet, even though there were lots of kids when we
they were very quiet especially being on the 2nd flr with 2 little kids
the cleaning faculty was very pleasant with my kids
hours late at night, kids would run up and down the halls yelling and screaming and we couldn't sleep
with one of the team members in regards to staying an extra hour as we were in town for my kids sporting events

once, the hotel restaurant didn't have the items to make most of what was on their menu, and the wifi didn't

rooms are good size breakfast common area huge with tvs set to need or kids shows during breakfast
was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about what the facility had to offer- food, bar, pool & fitness
the pool area could use another cabana. only two available and they seem to be taken first.
breakfast options were good. the gym was very useful
pool wasn t great. staff at check in wasn t very friendly

is a great hotel for a young group of friends or anyone interested in the bar scene

the only thing that would have made it better was a level one room because i had small kids and going up and
my kids loved having the games near by as well
both pools were full of kids. it would be nice to have an adult pool
the pool after the kids movie night was alarmingly dingy, but other than that not too bad
the kids where comfortable, happy wich in return made my wife and me feel happy

they had a large group of sports team kids
there is a small adult menu but if you are traveling with kids ask about the kids menu
putting a texturizer to the pool floor so it s not so slippery especially when there s kids playing in
drinks were wonderful and even had something for kids
kids feet got burned from pool, staff handeled it poorly

not much to do especially for kids
the last 3 days of our stay we threatened to leave early bc kids were running all around slamming doors and
the staff offered complement breakfast for the kids. the chocolate chip cookies were delicious
there were a few rowdy kids on the final night i was there but thankfully their rooms were far from
down on the side of the property at those parking spots just to find a spot considering we had kids i wish we

in the lobby, just to tell us at the very end we would have to load back all our luggage and kids and drive to
the villas were perfect as we had 2 kids with us
they also provided a movie night on saturday for the kids which was so nice
it was raining, we had 3 kids and a dog with us and just wanted to get settled in to our villa
no activities for families that have kids.

we traveled with preschool age kids and just stayed on site visiting with friends, there was plenty to keep
such friendly staff and many many activities for the kids and adults
pool is a little small for a resort. but still nice. shallow pool for the kids was great.
can't wait to go back and take the kids for the playground and splash area
perfect for family vacation with kids
