told them there were kids above my floor running and jumping off the beds and they done nothing about that
for my kids there could have been more choices of cereal. the bathroom was not very clean.
no wifi
that was left for breakfast was a granola bar whic was okay but not great
the staff was very nice. the building was pretty secure. camera's on the parking lot

the outdoor space was excellent, we brought 9 kids between all of us and they were able to play and stay
traveled with 2 young kids for the weekend, we stayed one night and reserved a king bed suite
the kids were upset we couldnt swim
staff were great, kids enjoyed the pool
kids loved that the cleaning staff tucked in the stuffed animals and put the goggles on their heads

manager did not like it when i reported a pool pizza party with at least thirty people and noisy kids at the
towels were new, very good room service
the bar tender that night was awesome!! keep her around!

kids were running up and down the halls well after 10pm with no intervention by management
the location was good and the kids enjoyed the pool.
pool was a perfect depth for my kids
my kids got woken up twice
the food court / bar was really nice too and not too expensive
