noise level from some kind of tournament going on in the area the kids were loud.
my kids had tons of fun they wished we could ve stayed longer

if they had more rooms with two beds i would encourage our kids' volleyball club (the reason we were in spokane
window on the 3rd floor doesn't lock or have a screen, which is terribly unsafe for kids
the kids loved playing basketball in the gym
when we went to use it in the morning it was just lane swimming so not good for kids who like swimming at hotel
kids can't swim unless a lifeguard is present

the spa/pool closing time at 10pm in a locked up beautiful place... should be 24/7 hours.
the atmosphere, decor, and overall character of the hotel are excellent, and the pool was also very nice

the gym and pool area looked awesome, but i didn t have time to enjoy

i ordered room service and it came from across the street every day and it was always hot

the kids had cherry red eyes when we left
stated sleeps 4 couch turned bed extremely uncomfortable and sleeps only one person or two tiny kids not
kids loved pool. close location to gymnastics competition at convention center, and food.
with the kids and not being able to have access to the pool made it a little bit of along night
the staff was exceptional!! my kids loved it and we will definitely be back
