staff and nice facilities for a family with kids
room size was comfortable for a 1 night stay for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids (9 and 13 years old)
features aren t safe for kids such as the microwave position is low and so is the air condition
the studio rooms were spacious .free parking , good for families with kids .have lundery rooms.
none of my kids were willing to sleep on it so we had to squeeze together in the other beds

had two rooms (for us and the kids) and our room was very small (kids with two queen beds was enormous)
breakfast was fantastic and sent to your room if you choose, wine and cheese was also a nice
breakfast every morning was good and it was so convenient that it was delivered every morning
the fireplace in the room was an excellent touch too, since it was freezing that weekend
had a wonderful b&b feel with free served breakfast in your room or the courtyard

you choose what you want from a menu and it is delivered but the kids did not like the oatmeal or how the bagels

we really needed laundry. none provided. our room 103 was dark and noisy
it was a bummer that the fireplace didn t work, but i get maintenance happens
an added bonus, especially if combined with some limited ability to have the meal delivered ala room service

the pool on the saturday was so busy circa 25 people in it drinking so a waste of

i did not have time to check out the spa so i don't know if they had anything else up there

pool at the hotel was a hit for our kids, especially given the hot temperatures

there were noisy kids from a sports team there running through the hallway and not listening to the hotel staff
the kids loved the pool
kids liked the swimming pool in the evenings, it was never crowded
my kids were disappointed because we weren't able to enjoy a warm pool
