we had 2 rooms (one for us and one for the kids) - the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious
we had one very noisy night because kids were celebrating halloween 2nd night went smoothly

for improvement: - the first thing you see at the entrance is an ugly ice cream disposer for kids - the carpet

hotel itself is nice quite nice and the amenities like kids playroom and gym were good to have

breakfast is not bi enough to have people stand in line to use and some people & kids seemed to struggle with

beautifully restored historical building, with modern technological wifi/tv amenities, really good air conditioning

rude staff. all of them were a bunch of dour, young, condescending, unhelpful kids.
