arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room which when your escaping from the kids was absolutely

there was way to many kids running up and down as the parents clearly let them do what they wanted and yes that

the staff friendliness and manner towards kids
were extremely friendly rooms were very clean food was fresh and tasty a great place to stay with kids
the kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed a great dinner in the bar

the lake was beautiful and they had a kids club which was a great idea for families
staff made our stay even better, kids loved the pool,bouncing castle and kids club was brilliant

kids meal not great quality
went during covid restrictions so kids not happy with limited pool time. no fault of hotel
the pool was nice but if you have small kids, it's not suitable.
due to the kids and there parents not being able to enter and exit via the hotel, both parents and kids walked

a family birthday gathering with 10 kids eight adults
good location beside park for kids and close to town
there was nothing for the kids to do only walk ect everything was still closed bit disappointed

they are absolutely ok with your kids sleeping in their lobby chairs from 11:30am and abide by their strict

kids were running riot around the hotel, one nearly knocked my elderly father over, although not
kids running up and down hallway without supervision
kids liked that we were right across the street from trim castle
i didn t sleep a wink with kids running up and down corridors until midnight, noisy guests still roaming
was very comfy but kids was on sofa and it was broke had to take mattresses of it and let them sleep on floor

the kids could not stay in the room
and even though staying in a bar can be noisy and busy which is expected it was really peaceful and calming,
we met with our friends and needed the wifi using our laptop
no wifi in room bit noisy by smoking area as room was located there

kids shouldn't be allowed in the pool
couldn't use the pool as full of kids
they put on a kids club for 5 a night from 6-9pm which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed
we only spent two nights here but we'll be back for more but will bring the kids next time
air conditioning was a bit noisy when trying to get kids to sleep.
