i assumed it was kids playing pranks
some lights didn't work in the room, the other tv wouldn't turn on for the kids.
pool was closed, it did not state this during the tine i booked it. kids were bummed out.
tv didn't work and way too loud of a party going on couldn't even get my kids in the pool
booked for the pool so my kids could relax

real dining options for kids
we were there without our kids, but others were with kids
the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, welcoming to our family (we have 4 kids)
artwork, spa and restaurant and it s staff, the hotel itself was very beautiful
the restaurant and bar were very nice.

the toilet was very low to the ground, like something for kids
pool was not open for kids to swim.
they also had toys at the front desk for the kids to choose from to play with in the

to get towels didn t have any and when asked they would reply we full etc i traveled with three kids asked
and the pool was unusable, the staff did not say this either we walk down to the pool go in kids almost jumped
the kids was excited about going swimming, only to find out after checking in
i had two kids with me
but didn t bother to mention pool was closed that was my only reason for choosing hotel so my kids can enjoy
