good location, clean rooms, nice breakfast(kids eat free)

room was good with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids

the fact kids ate free was a bonus and the range of food was good

staff were so welcoming and super friendly with the kids

quite basic with options of burgers, pizza, pasta etc but very nice and would be good options for kids too

very small bathroom. kids running around at breakfast, i nearly trod on one!

kids loved the swimming pool

very small, kids swimming pool with a steam room and sauna off the side

access was great and a much bigger window for kids than other hotels we have stayed at

we had to wait to use the pool after 09.30 with kids

the kids pool had toys available for them to use

pool was very busy so didn t get to swim properly as there were lots of kids as well

location for a family to visit chester and the zoo, kids loved the pool

spa was not great alot of kids jumping in the pool and running about in a supposedly quiet relaxing

there's also a plea for american pancakes to be added to breakfast menu for kids

the kids enjoyed the crossant

they had kids dvd's to watch which he enjoyed in the evenings

however, we realise a bath with a shower is great for families with kids

we didn't like the room initially allocated, it was right next to a large kitchen fan, especially as we were
