upon arrival they ask for documents for kids that weren t made aware to us before traveling, so check in took
system they have for the pool towels is a bit complicated
the parking lot is safely guarded but mostly dark and unsafe to drive in and move up and down the ramps
when on vacation no one wants to deal with maintenance issues or incorrect pricing the laundry is not practical
as a consequence, none of the facilities of the building were working: neither the pool, nor the saunas

pool area - pool too large, not enough chairs to accommodate all guests; too many kids, too loud; website photos
the pool is fantastic, great for young kids. we spent hours enjoying the pool every day.
