could have more entertainment for kids and things to do in the evening
the villas are spacious and well-appointed with private pools and a beautiful layout

kids club is amazing
we really liked also the huge kids club that has very nice design
kids activities section looks good but unfortunately was not working during our stay

excellent for kids - staff were so kind and accommodating
travelled with kids and we were initially put at opposite ends of the hotel
we asked for a kids bed which was approved but not there on arrival
with the price i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone travel with young kids or baby
then said it was too small for kids and we had two small sisters 5 and 7

we told the receptionist the wifi connection was really bad we were told it was because of the storm
internet home screen only in spanish made it challenging to log on to wifi

it's a unique place, beautifully located, with gorgeous outside spaces, ideal also for the kids to run around

we could not open windows, no ac, and very noisy we spent the night under pressure with 3 kids

ve asked for extra beds for my kids but i was told they ran out beds which was very disappointing for a 5 star
hand rail similar to the staircases inside around the pool as the existing wall is very rough for kids
