my kids love the pool and the lobby of the hotel was beautiful it had christmas tree and decorate nice
its a boring hotel especially for kids

the pool was so crowded with kids, teenagers playing games that little children couldn t get in safely and
more meal choices on the weekday menu and a cereal option at breakfast for kids would have been appreciated
the hotel has a great pool for kids the gym was better than most hotel
limited tv stations for the kids
they had a lot of activities for the kids, scavenger hunt and petting zoo

waited like 2 hours to be checked in with 5 kids and one being a toddler it was terrible no one offered to give

i liked the ability to cast your shows from phone to tv in your room as well as order room service from the tv
the rooms were lovely, nice pool and chill out area and good gym facilities

it s hard to enjoy or relax while trying to make sure kids aren t getting into the deep end of the pool
i took my both kids who are 6 and 8 years old and was told that the hotel's policy was that only 1 child under
lovely staff who were kind to the kids
the hotel also surprised us on arrival by giving the kids easter packages, which they were happy for, very nice
breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety for both adults and kids
