the bar restaurant downstairs was a huge plus
after 9:30 the restaurant and bar closed, and it was very quiet
location, easy parking, friendly helpful staff, very good bar downstairs

room was a little tight with restricted wardrobe and floor space, i would definitely book a larger room next

we had adjoining rooms for kids which was great
outdated, pillows need update and amenities in the bathroom could be better and more related to spa theme
also, the dressing gowns provided for the spa were way too small - my husband had an xl and it didn't cover
room service offer was a bit odd
shower over the bath didn't work. room service menu inadequate.

wifi did not work at all . complained and told it would be fixed but it wasn t

we didn t use the pool but other guests appeared to be enjoying it
there is a good amount of parking space
we were staying in shoulder season but the lobby / bar area was a bit soulless.

we had our dog with us and it was perfect for him with a room with terrace onto the garden breakfast was amazing

to the kids level in bedroom were a little difficult for young children, could be dangerous

the service in the hotel bar was not very attentive, eventually i had to go to the bar to order drinks
booked this hotel to enjoy the spa > it s an extra charge of 70 /h for a couple to enjoy the sauna

the spa services were expensive and so we did not use them.
the pool is really lovely
30 minutes early after a 5 hour journey and were told everywhere was closed, including the bar and we could not
claimed a spa but no availability for massage during my stay.
we were told to wait in the bar , a complementary drink would have been a nice r gesture

the spa facilities is fine,but is a lot of kids ,who use the spa for playing grounds
we left a couple of glasses from the bar in our room & house keeping did not remove them the following day
to look tied around the pool area ,needs some mainatnce,joints opening up
also, the hotel and residence is huge, so there was no room service
