poop is very small-fine for kids to splash in, but not a small lap/workout pool
hotel was full of soccer kids and parents, kitchen was not keeping the food filled
very noisy , kids running up and down halls night and day.

bed was comfortable and they let the kids swim until after midnight
couldn t sleep because kids were running up and down the hallway
are horrible and had to pay extra to just get the breakfast and then there be nothing that the kids would eat

kids knocked on my hotel door, ran up and down the halls yelling and slammed doors until after
kids travel sports team gathered in lobby in huge groups and some wore mask while others didn t
my kids where very upset about it
so we took our two small kids for a
lobby fully packed with kids playing basketball games

we left for our event, when we came back we had no room service

that many reviews and online photos show a pool - but, there is no pool (i a big deal with little kids)

i asked my husband to wait for the food and i went up to our room with our kids because i was so uncomfortable
pillows were hard. kids next door were very loud for most of the night.
also, when using the gym, there was a facilities worker kind of hanging around there and i was a bit uncomfortable
