staff were very friendly and made extra effort with the kids
lovely pool/spa journey; lovely welcoming staff;
we also had room service for dinner which was delicious
i was to be very picky, i'd have liked the wifi code available in room, and an a la carte menu for the restaurant
wifi wasn't available for the whole stay - error message 'no internet connection'

perfect hotel for a family stay with the kids. pool was an added bonus.
location was perfect for exploring liverpool with 2 kids
really nice and accommodating, hotel lovely, kids loved the pool, beds really comfy, rooms spacious
one centre and albert dock it was so near everything with minimal noise i couldn t fault it my kids loved it

only thing that i would change is that kids couldn't go in the outdoor pool at david lloyd before
room, lovely dining area and little activity packs for kids at breakfast to keep them
didn't sleep a wink due to crying kids next door

this said all other staff was very helpful and friendly especially towards kids and our dog

free spacious car park, and i could afford separate rooms for the kids for the price of just one room in a
going on in grounds so noise was awful people wandering up and dow landing all night woke the kids several
kitchen was closed until october, so no breakfast
would have been nice to have good local bottled ales at the bar (or any bottled ales to improve the beer offer
