late at night with two little kids and having to wait 15-20 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk to

i ended up buy snacks from front desk mutiple times because of my kids

the shuttle to take us to the old market area was a fantastic addition to our reservation

it's definitely more so for adults and not so much kids/families
we walked 5 minutes to the playground and it was brilliant for our two kids with the closeness
front desk staff the bar and restaurant stayed open
there is a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles
ice had to be delivered by room service and was not very timely
